He delivered our bikes to our hotel in Jackson. We rode 34 miles RT to Moose on the Jackson bike pathway connecting with the Teton pathway for a great scenic ride. You can go further. We managed our power usage to only use 30% of our battery charge.Vadim was very helpful in giving us detailed instructions on all aspects of the e-bike. These bikes are great quality and excellently maintained. We chose this company because their reputation in reliability.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We rented 5 e-bikes and the crew was super easy to work with! We rented from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm at night. They gave us a thorough tutorial on how to work the bikes as none of us had used e-bikes previously. We did the Grand Loop and stopped at Teton village for lunch  and the tram ride. It was a little difficult navigating the trail through town but we were extremely comfortable on the bike paths and Moose-Wilson road.

Delivery was prompt and he explained bikes very well. Phone holder was helpful for navigation and bike pack is a must to carry picnic lunch etc. Bikes were in great condition and easy to operate. We did the 40 mile trip w plenty of charge left thanks to D2D  coaching on what level to keep it at. Highly recommend!  Our favorite day of the trip! Pickup end of day seamless too. Vadim provided amazing service as he met us at the Jackson parking garage to deliver the bikes. He was even early to the appointed time. Vadim took the time to explain all that we needed to know about the models we had rented, and provided directions and a map to get us on the trail. His attention to detail and ease of use far surpassed our expectations! Use Vadim and Door to Door the next time you rent e-bikes in the Jackson area. What is Included in Ebike Rental?

Helmets, bike locks, and a tool kit are included with every rental.For an additional charge, you can rent a cup holder, carrier bag, and phone holder.

Do you deliver at the visitor center in Moose Wy?

We do not deliver inside Grand Teton National Park, including the Craig Thomas Discovery & Visitor Center in Moose.
Instead, Instead, we can deliver to your hotel, Airbnb, or another legal location outside the park.

Do You Deliver Inside Grand Teton National Park?

Unfortunately, at this time we don’t deliver inside Grand Teton National Park, but we can deliver to the closest parking lot near the South Entrance.

Where Can I Legally Ride an E-Bike?

You can ride an E-bike anywhere a regular bike can be ridden. In Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, and the National Elk Refuge, there are designated routes and bike paths where e-bikes are allowed.

Do Your Ebikes Charge As You Pedal?

Unfortunately, our e-bikes don’t charge as you pedal, but they go about 45–50 miles per charge.

Do You Provide Chargers for Ebikes?

We provide a charger for multiple-day rentals. Our e-bikes take 5+ hours to fully charge.

Is there an electric bike you don't have to pedal?

All our e-bikes have PAS (pedal assist) and a throttle. You can use throttle-only mode, but the range will be about 20–25 miles per charge.

What is the distance an E-Bike can go on a single charge?

Our ebikes can cover approximately 45-50+ miles on a single charge depending on the model. However, hills, wind and the weight of the rider all comes into play. Regardless, even if it's out of power, it's still a bike so it won't leave you stranded. Additional batteries are available for rental.

What is the minimum age to ride an e-bike?

Our minimum rental age is 10 years old, provided the rider meets the minimum height requirement (around 4'8"–4'10"). For riders ages 10–12, the RadExpand foldable e-bike is the only model available for rental.


